Hey what’s going on everybody? I am the Artist formerly known as Chad Bridges, I’m just joking you can still call me Chad! As you continue to read, you will learn more about me and a few of my thoughts!
As a self-taught Artist, I started creating wood art to escape the devastation of hurricane Katrina while stationed in Mississippi. I have been creating art for over 15 years. To avoid complacency, I work in multiple mediums, working on several pieces at once. I believe in self-identity. I do not use convention art supplies. The majority of my materials and supplies that I use would be considered construction site material or materials used in designing and building your home. I am a multi-medium Artist who loves creating Functional Art, Art Installations and Sculptures.
There’s something special about using unconventional materials to create art.
I Believe it’s not the quality of the material that makes the art, rather it’s the quality of the artist that creates the art.
